This is the first chowder I have come across that is so easy and super quick. Very filling and absolutely delicious.

Quick and easy for busy weeknights. Lots of suggestions for optional garnishes for kids to make it their own. This is from chow.com, a fabulous site.

Friday Fish Fillets with Tomatoes, Squash and Basil
This is easy and excellent taste. If you can't find arctic char substitute with salmon or mahi mahi.
